The ELC Foundation
The ELC Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation founded to meet the many unmet needs of multiple sclerosis patients, their families and caregivers. The Foundation also supports educational programs for patients and MS professionals.

  • Matches individuals with service dogs. Requires matches to raise money to help support the program.

  • The MS Navigators can help answer specific questions. If it is a bit more complex of a challenge they can refer you to short term case management.

  • Provides ongoing case management for individuals with physical disability and other needs in support of their ability to continue to live independently

  • Program helps to assess what types of assistive technology would improve a persons quality of life and provide these technologies (cost may vary depending on financial need)

  • Helps provide low income adults who live alone with homemaking services that support them continuing to live at home
